We Shouldn’t Dismiss Trump, We Must Understand Him

Ignoring your opposition is easy in a world where division is so prominent. But, in the case of Trump, ignorance is what gained him the Presidency as he gave a voice to those who the liberal Establishment forgot. If we want to learn anything from Trump's time in the White House, its that we cannot dismiss our opponents, we must understand them.

Lying Until Proven Honest

Now before I begin, I’d like to make one thing very clear - typically, I wouldn’t like to only speak about women as sexual assault victims as it is obvious that they are not the only member of society to be targeted. Men, women, everyone in between, and children suffer the atrocity that is sexual assault. But unsurprisingly: Donald Trump has made it an issue of men vs. women.

The Environment and What Trump Has Not Done

On the 1st June 2017, the current POTUS announced in the White House Rose Garden that the United States would pull out of the Paris Agreement; a deal that has pledged 195 nations to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions in order to combat the fiend otherwise known as climate change. Although, the US cannot legally withdraw until November 4th 2019, the announcement marked a huge step back in environmental action.
